About Maria L. Torres, MD

Maria Torres, MD, is the director of the pain fellowship program and associate chair in the department of anesthesiology and pain management at JHS. She also serves as an assistant professor of anesthesiology at Rush Medical College. Dr. Torres received her medical degree from the Universidad Central del Estes in the Dominican Republic, and completed her anesthesiology residency and a fellowship at the University of Illinois/Humana Michael Reese in Chicago.
