About Meredith W. Crumb, PharmD, BCPS

Meredith W. Crumb, PharmD, BCPS, is a clinical pharmacy specialist in pain management and an academic detailer for the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System. She completed her PharmD degree at Virginia Commonwealth University and her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY-2 Pain Management and Palliative Care Pharmacy Residency at the Veterans Affairs Tennessee Valley Healthcare System. Dr. Crumb is dedicated to the development of clinical expertise in complex medication management related to a variety of chronic conditions with persistent pain.

Dr. Crumb’s research interests include opioid taper optimization, non-opioid pharmacotherapy, and risk mitigation strategies.
