Bilal F. Shanti, MD, is the founder and medical director of Omnia Pain Consultants, in the Phoenix area and Yuma, Arizona. In the Yuma clinic, the majority of patients are elderly. He completed an anesthesiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine and fellowship in pain management at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
